OUR POLICIES

Deposits

A $25 deposit is required to book all new appointments and will be applied to your total at checkout. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a refund. If you reschedule, the deposit will be applied to your new appointment. Failure to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours results in forfeiting the deposit. The salon may request a deposit from any guest at any time to reserve an appointment.


Cancellations

We value your time and ask for the same courtesy in return. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. We understand emergencies happen and will allow one late cancellation as a courtesy, but after a second late cancellation, a 50% deposit of the scheduled service cost will be required to book future appointments.


No Shows

If any guest, no call/no shows we reserve the right to require a card on file for a deposit of 50% of the cost of the services scheduled before booking any future services. At that point, if the appointment is missed or not cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled time, the deposit will be forfeited, and the remaining amount will be charged to the card on file for the full amount of the scheduled services.


Late Arrivals

Guests that arrive 15 minutes or more late, will not be guaranteed completion of all services. Our stylists will provide what services they can in the remaining time allowed or may not be able to complete the service at all if another guest has a scheduled service.


Prom/Homecoming

New prom and homecoming appointments will also require a $25 deposit and appointments must be cancelled 72 hours before the appointment time in order to get back the deposit. Failure to cancel before 72 hours will result in a forfeited deposit.


Service Satisfaction

We aim to clearly communicate and guide you toward your hair goals. If you're not fully satisfied with your service, please contact us within 10 days by calling 724-342-9280 to speak with a manager. We guarantee our work and will gladly make corrections if needed, but we do not offer refunds. Additional charges apply if a guest changes their mind about a service.


Lost or Damaged Items

Styling One is not responsible for lost items or damage to clothing during services. Although precautions are taken, color or water may occasionally stain clothing. Guests concerned about this are encouraged to bring a change of clothes or use the provided smocks for protection.
