We make it a priority to be respectful of your time with us and ask that you do the same for our service providers. We simply ask that you cancel or reschedule 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
A $25 deposit will be taken during scheduling for all new appointments over $25. This will then be applied to your service total at check out. If you need to cancel your appointment, we will gladly refund the $25 as long as you do so 24 hours prior to your appointment time. If rescheduling, your deposit will then go toward that rescheduled appointment.
If you do not contact us 24 hours before your appointment time to cancel or reschedule, your $25 deposit will be lost and a no call/no show will be noted.
If any guest has had 1 scheduled appointment that was a no call/no show or frequently cancels same day, we reserve the right to require a card on file before booking any future services. At that point, if an appointment is missed or not cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled time, 50% of all scheduled services will be charged to the card on file.
During your visit with us, we will do everything to communicate and guide you through the processes and recommendations to get you to your hair goals to the best of our ability. We would appreciate that you make us aware, if you are not completely satisfied with your service, as soon as possible by calling the salon at 724-342-9280.
We guarantee our work 100%. If we do not meet your expectations, we will be happy to correct the situation to your satisfaction, however, we do not issue refunds for services. We ask that you notify us within 10 days of your visit about any concerns.
Any Redken or Pureology products you have purchased may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of purchase.
